With a rich background in both nursing and physical therapy, Nahid has dedicated her career to improving the quality of life for seniors. Her extensive experience working as a physical therapist, both in-home and in large nursing homes, has given her valuable insight into the specific needs of elderly residents. In 2005, she founded Lovettsville Home, an assisted living facility known for its personalized care and commitment to enhancing the well-being of each resident. Under her guidance, Lovettsville Home has become a trusted name in the community, offering seniors a supportive, enriching environment that adds vibrant years to their lives.
Nahid Shadrokh
Mitra is an on-site, highly experienced registered nurse who has spent much of her career in nursing homes, caring for the elderly. Along with Nahid, she has been at the Lovettsville Home since the beginning in 2005, working with and treating residents in a way that furthers their sense of independence while supporting their quality of life.

Tammy is a certified adult-gerontology nurse practitioner with advanced certification in hospice and palliative care. Her nursing career of 37 years includes experience in critical care, research, pain management, hospice and palliative care. As an advanced practice registered nurse, she has spent the last 7 years focusing her practice, HEART ‘n SOUL, on specialty palliative care in the hospital, clinic and community settings.
